Here’s another great way to support the Walk and the National Brain Tumor Society! It’s as simple as a trip to your local grocery store and you can raise money to support vital brain tumor research, patient services, and advocacy programs.
The Tom Thumb Good Neighbor Program allows you to link your rewards card to NBTS. Every time you shop and use your Tom Thumb Reward Card 1% of your account total will come back to support the organization!
Signing up is easy!
If you already have a Tom Thumb Reward Card, simply fill out the Good Neighbor Application (link below, click on "related link") and turn it in at your local store.
Not a member? No problem! Just go to your local store and fill out a “Tom Thumb Reward Card Application” and turn it in along with the completed Good Neighbor Application.
Raising money is even easier!
Once you’ve linked your Reward Card to NBTS, all you have to do is present your card at the time of purchase. Every time you shop a percentage of your total bill will donated to NBTS to help support vital brain tumor programs.

Hey Family and Friends- it’s that time of year again that we are heading up our team for the National Brain Tumor Angel Walk. If you would like to participate with us or help us by donating to our team you can do that by visiting our page here!
The walk is Saturday, November 7th in Fort Worth. Last year we had a wonderful team that we were so excited to be walking by our sides. I hope that if you are available you can join us this year. Another way to help us in this fight against brain tumors is by donating to our team. Last year we raised a little over 2,000 dollars. Which I thought was amazing considering I put that our goal was like $500. So, I am excited to see what we can do again this year!
Every single day I pray for the doctors and researchers out there that are trying to find a treatment for these stupid things...this way I at least KNOW I am also physically doing something to help them! I hope that you will join us too!
Obviously we will be honoring Phillip and all the many other survivors in this walk but as well we will be dedicating our walk to Jessica Gage-Bonesio.

This morning I decided to open up a book that was given to us for a wedding gift. The Power of a Praying Wife . Being that tomorrow is a big day as all MRI days are, I turned to the chapter about "His Health" and came across some words I would like to share with you and verses that I found encouraging...
Exodus 15:26 "...for I am the LORD, who heals you."
Jeremiah 17:14 "Heal me, O LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise."
Jeremiah 30:17 "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, ‘declares the LORD..."
These are all promising words about the power of prayer and the power of our Gods healing powers that are the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow! Please be in prayer for us that the MRI comes back with good news!

Happy Fourth! Summer is going great! I am LOVING being off, resting/relaxing, spending time with our friends, and most of all hanging out with my BEST friend every day! Phillip has an MRI July 16th. Please be in prayer for a stable tumor...or even better, a miracle that the tumor is smaller! Phillip has continued to be feeling great and he has been able to be working hard! Thank you for your prayers, please send out this prayer request to ramp up the prayers for great news on July 16th!
