This morning I decided to open up a book that was given to us for a wedding gift. The Power of a Praying Wife . Being that tomorrow is a big day as all MRI days are, I turned to the chapter about "His Health" and came across some words I would like to share with you and verses that I found encouraging...
Exodus 15:26 "...for I am the LORD, who heals you."
Jeremiah 17:14 "Heal me, O LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise."
Jeremiah 30:17 "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, ‘declares the LORD..."
These are all promising words about the power of prayer and the power of our Gods healing powers that are the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow! Please be in prayer for us that the MRI comes back with good news!

Happy Fourth! Summer is going great! I am LOVING being off, resting/relaxing, spending time with our friends, and most of all hanging out with my BEST friend every day! Phillip has an MRI July 16th. Please be in prayer for a stable tumor...or even better, a miracle that the tumor is smaller! Phillip has continued to be feeling great and he has been able to be working hard! Thank you for your prayers, please send out this prayer request to ramp up the prayers for great news on July 16th!

Oh wow! It has been quite some time since I posted last! SORRY! I have been getting in trouble from a few people! BUT good news is...there is no news! No really as the saying goes "no news is good news" holds true!
I am SO blessed to say that Phillip has been feeling well and has been able to be working a lot! Speaking of work, I get out of school...TOMORROW! Tomorrow is the kids last day of school while my last day is Friday. I am looking forward to tomorrow and ready for it to be behind me. I will have to say that next to my very first year of teaching (6 years ago) this was by far one of the hardest years I have had! And I need a break!!! Next to being thankful that I have a wonderfully amazing husband, I am also thankful that I have a job that I get a couple months off! So, I am looking forward to some rest and relaxation time!
A couple of weeks ago some great friends of ours, Air Review had their debut concert. It was such a blast. The pictures below are from the concert. The lead singer is Doug Hale. We met him and his wife, Alex through our church. They are just about the most amazing, humble, giving, caring....couple you could ever meet! And I am even more excited that they are having their second concert on Friday at House of Blues! What a way to end my school year by rocking out with Air Review.
